Diana brings extensive experience as a Director across multiple industries, with leading an early childhood education center standing out as the highlight of her career. She is passionate about fostering staff development and teamwork, knowing it directly impacts the quality of education and care provided to the children at FFC. Her goal is to nurture children from infancy, equipping them to think critically, solve problems, and grow in their love for Jesus before they embark on their kindergarten journey. Her MBA has assisted her with many skills for operating and directing FFC. Outside of work, Diana is a softy for all things furry and fluffy, and melts for good BBQ.

Dusti is a seasoned and committed childcare professional with over five years of leadership and hands-on experience in early childhood settings. Holding advanced degrees in Elementary Education and Accountancy, Dusti brings expertise in financial management, compliance reporting, and staff credentialing to FFC. Skilled in curriculum development, classroom organization, and assessing child progress to ensure kindergarten readiness, Dusti is deeply passionate about creating nurturing, educational environments that foster children’s growth and development. She enjoys reading, watching movies, painting and making jelly.

Mallari brings her experience as a Preschool and First Grade teacher at a private Christian school, as well as teaching her own children, to her role at FFC. As the lead teacher in the Preschool 3's Classroom, she is passionate about nurturing young learners and creating positive, supportive environments. Mallari holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Eastern New Mexico University. Outside of teaching, she enjoys fishing, interior decorating and being a Mom to her three amazing children.

Olivia is a dedicated and compassionate educator with experience in literacy intervention and childcare by  serving as a reading tutor and implementing evidence-based strategies to improve students’ reading skills and tracking progress through standardized assessments. Additionally, she has provided nurturing childcare as a nanny for a private family, managing daily routines for five children and fostering educational and recreational activities. Olivia is in her final semester of her Integrated Elementary and Special Education degree. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brett, and baking fun new recipes.

With a heart for helping others, Misty brings warmth and reliability to our team every day. She previously worked as a Home Health Aide and Homemaker, supporting patients with dignity and care. Always ready to lend a hand with a smile, Misty values teamwork, learning, and the power of small acts of kindness. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family and her horses.

Caitlin is a passionate educator with a foundation in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on education, multicultural society, and brain-based learning. Caitlin brings over five years of experience as an Early Childcare Provider, including specialized work as a Teacher’s Aide for a special needs child. She is currently certified as an Infant Supervisor and Toddler Co-Teacher at Firm Foundation Childcare. Caitlin is a skilled crocheter and introduces fun crafts to our students on a regular basis.

Sabrina is a highly motivated and dedicated childcare professional with a diverse skill set, committed to exceeding expectations in creating a safe, nurturing environment for children to promote a healthy and secure setting for growth and development. Sabrina is passionate about supporting effective operations and fostering an environment where children can thrive. Sabrina is an experienced mother of 5 and enjoys reading, hiking, camping, fishing and swimming. She also enjoys to cook and bake.
